Our new build home and renovation inspection reports have many different elements than our home inspection report. Before renovating our renovation inspection report will help you determine budgeting for your project as well as other key planning issues for your renovation project. Our new build home inspection report will help assess the building against any aspects of warranty as well as provide you with new insights into your new home.  Our infrared tools and other techniques allow us to discover issues hidden behind walls and under floors.  Make sure you get the quality you expect from your builder before they move onto the next build.

$500 For increasing cathedral/flat roof insulation by at least R14

$750 For replacing a less then 95% AFUE natural gas furnace with a 95% or higher condensing natural gas furnace.
For replacing a less then 90% AFUE natural gas boiler with a 90% or higher condensing natural gas boiler.

*The combi system qualifies as a boiler and is eligible for the rebate.

**Furnace/Boiler rebate is only applicable to UG customers with existing furnace/boiler as primary heating source.

What is Radon Gas and why you should care about it?

One of the most important reasons to get a home inspection for gases is to check for harmful gases that routinely go unnoticed — Like Radon. Radon is an invisible, odorless, tasteless gas that occurs naturally in many areas in Canada and around the world. The Environmental Protection Agency believes radon is responsible for over 20,000 lung cancer deaths each year. This makes radon gas the second leading cause of lung cancer behind smoking. Because of this, EPA recommends that all homeowners have radon testing done on a regular basis.
